Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible staff and the magical atmosphere created during the holiday season. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions, and the dining experiences were highlights of our trip. On the downside, we did notice that some areas throughout the hotel were quite warm, which was a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, it's a place we would love to return to, especially for special occasions.

Rooms

The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, but the thermostat made it a bit too warm for comfort.

The service was exceptional, with staff consistently going above and beyond to make our stay special.
Location
10.0
The hotel is ideally located just two blocks from the historic Plaza, making it convenient for exploring Santa Fe.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was fantastic, especially during festive meals, but some regular options seemed a bit over-priced.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained, but certain areas could benefit from better temperature control.

7.6/10

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference, and I had a great overall experience. The location is fantastic, right in downtown Santa Fe with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The hotel has spacious meeting facilities, and the guest room was cozy and stylishly done. However, we faced some issues with hot water on our last morning, which was disappointing given the price we paid. The dining options were decent but quite pricy.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning couldn't cool the room below 72 degrees. The decor felt a bit dark, and the small windows limited the great views the location offers.
Service
6.0
The service was hit or miss. While some staff were responsive to our inquiries, others felt indifferent and not particularly engaging.
Location
10.0
The location was wonderful, right across from The Georgia O'Keefe Museum and just a couple of blocks from The Plaza, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were fine, but we opted out of the restaurant after seeing high drink prices. Breakfast was good and a better value than dinner.
Facilities
8.0
The meeting facilities were spacious and equipped with good technology, but I would have liked more amenities that enhanced the overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic and the main areas are beautiful, the room itself was quite disappointing. I encountered issues with the air conditioning, and the bed was uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was average, and there's definitely room for improvement, especially considering the price.

Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious but well-worn and in need of updating. It felt more like a motel with southwestern accents and didn't quite match the hotel's advertised standard.
Service
6.0
Service was a bit hit-or-miss. While the staff tried hard during busy days, I felt that communication could have been better, especially when I needed assistance with the air conditioning.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated, close to many attractions and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Valet parking was convenient but could use more supervision.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were decent, and I enjoyed a pleasant breakfast there. However, the menu choices were somewhat limited for the price.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities need some upgrades. The ongoing renovations were noticeable, and the overall maintenance could use improvement.

We had a lovely stay celebrating New Year's at this hotel, which has become our go-to destination over the years. The rooms were cozy, especially with the kiva fireplace and balcony overlooking the Plaza, but another guest had a disappointing experience with their room assignment. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating, but another reviewer felt their request wasn't honored properly. The location is amazing, just a short stroll to everything we wanted. The dining options were enjoyable, and the Nidah Spa was a wonderful highlight, although another guest found some inconsistencies in service during their stay.

The hotel has a beautiful setting in a great location but was marred by serious issues with service and amenities. While the front desk staff left much to be desired, the morning breakfast waitstaff and housekeepers were commendable. The hotel's facilities, such as the pool, need a serious update as the supposed heated pool was not truly heated. Overall, the potential is there, but staffing and management need significant improvements.

Rooms
6.0
Our room was spacious but unfortunately noisy and somewhat dated. It lacked certain amenities like bathrobes and there were issues with hot water availability.
Service
5.0
Service was frustratingly slow, especially at check-in and when requesting basic supplies. The front desk staff appeared unprofessional and uninterested in helping.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city which made exploring easy. It added some value to our stay despite the other shortcomings.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was hit or miss. While breakfast staff were wonderful, the limited dining options and closure of the lobby bar left us wanting more.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel has an attractive pool area but it does not meet the expectations set by their marketing. Insufficient food options and amenities need to be addressed.
